Genie Auto Service

I’m really glad I found Genie Auto Service. They were reasonable, accommodating & easy to work with. It’s hard to find a mechanic you feel like you can actually trust, but this shop gave me that feeling. I didn’t feel pushed into unnecessary repairs or like I was being taken advantage of. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and fair mechanic.

I cannot recommend Genie auto service enough! Another shop told me I needed to replace a part for my Chrysler 300 which would have been an expensive bill. I brought it here for a second opinion, and the team did an honest inspection. They told me that my car was completely fine and that I did not need to replace it at all. They even took me out, showed me underneath the car, put the camera through it to show me that it was all just fine. They honestly saved me hundreds of dollars and a massive headache. It is incredibly rare to find mechanics with this level of integrity of transparency. They have officially earned a customer for life!

Very respectful! Very thorough! We went to 3 different places for my 2017 Kia cadenza AC because it wasn’t getting cold, blowing hard just not getting cold. They are the only ones who told us it was the condenser and took the time to actually see what’s going on and not just keep messing with Freon only. Highly reccomend them. Prices are super reasonable also.

While having major repair work done to my vehicle and looking around the mechanics area , while waiting for a ride ,I noticed that the shop was extremely clean their equipment looked well cared for. I was able to speak to the technician. He sounded very knowledgeable and confident about his abilities, and I feel like I could take any of my vehicle problems to him with confidence. Now after several months since the repair my vehicle still runs like new and I am very satisfied with their quality of work. I would recommend genie Auto service to anybody who needs quality service at affordable rates

I highly recommend Genie Auto Service. Vivek and his team handled repairs for both my Volvo and Toyota with exceptional professionalism. The entire process was seamless, transparent, and stress-free. It’s rare to find an auto shop that is this reliable and honest about pricing. Definitely a shop you can trust.
